Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Brow Agency! A deposit is required upon booking (NON REFUNDABLE). I require you reach out to me via phone or email to cancel within 24 hours before your appointment if you can’t make it. Canceling your appointment outside of the 24 hour window will result in a 100% cancelation fee or $50 (whichever is greater). No call no shows will result in a 100% no show fee (or $50 whichever is greater) the first time and will be charged and banned from booking if it occurs again. I understand things happen! Any serious emergencies or inquiries, please reach out to me via email or text.
